Day 2. Grateful for the simplicity yet the challenge. I’ve gained a substantial amount of weight in the past 1.5 years and my body is heavy. Grateful for chair exercises that challenge. Love the motivation to take charge of our health. For me, stop making excuses. I make the decisions. Move forward and get stronger or complain. I want to love myself and take care of my temple. I don’t have to do it alone. Thank you
