hank you for putting these types of workouts on your channel. I’ve been doing your workouts consistently for 3 months now, and I feel like a new person. I like the separate arms and legs workouts. I alternate. I just did your double dragon arm one and man, that made me sweat!
OMG! This was a great kick your butt workout. I was able to do the exercises from a chair, with some standing up at times. I had to do at a slower pace, but I was doing it at a higher weight that I normally use and with right shoulder issues. Did at a slower pace and was a great breathy workout. Thank you!!!
