ChairFit Camp is a structured chair-based fitness program that helps women 55+ safely rebuild:
All workouts are done from a chair, with simple progressions — so you feel successful from day one.
Sometimes that extra 15 minutes pops up at the office. Sometimes it’s an hour at home. Or maybe it’s 20 minutes while you’re hanging out with a friend. No matter where you are or what you’re doing we want to make sure you can access the fitness videos you want, so they’re available on every platform, no matter where you are. Squeeze in your workout whenever (and wherever) you have the opportunity.

We allow for up to 64 adult passengers to travel in our four minibuses vehicles. Our Fleet of two 4X4 Cars we can take upto 12 people can take up to 4 to 6 passengers in one vehicle.
Yes, as you will have to show the booking voucher as the confirmation you booked the tour with us.
Yes, lunch snacks are included only with our long-duration tours, such as those to Whale Point, Bertha's Beach, and Volunteer Point. For these tours, we provide a lunchbox with a selection of items including sandwiches, crisps, a chocolate bar, a granola bar, a water bottle, juice, and options for coffee and tea.
We can collect and drop you off where-ever you are either meeting us close to the jetty center where you come ashore from your cruise ship or we collect you from the FIPASS cruiseship dock.
